Built in 1950, 93 m² living space, plot size 2190 m², located in the Örsèg National Park.

The property is fenced with wire mesh/wildlife fencing, except for approximately 200 m² at the rear. There is a pond there, half of which belongs to the property.

There is a driveway at the garden gate. A second driveway is located at the rear left.

Wastewater is collected in a septic tank located at the rear right.

There is a brick well next to the house, with a walk-in shaft containing a water pump that feeds into the well.

There are two chimneys: one for the central heating system and one that is currently unused. It is located in the kitchen, perhaps for a wood-burning stove.

There are approximately 10 young fruit trees of old varieties (half-standard trees): pears, apples, plums, mirabelle plums, peaches, walnuts, blackberries, and raspberries.
