Property description:
For those who appreciate the secluded life in a tranquil village away from the hustle and bustle of tourists, but who do not want to forego the unadulterated aesthetics of a historic country house, the
Acquiring this property is an opportunity; the country air here is free of manure emissions. As the owner of this property, you own a significant part of the place.

The manor house has a very representative character. It was extensively renovated 20 years ago. The roof was completely renewed and the floor was equipped with new solid wood floorboards and an enormous tiled stove. 4 years ago is one
Half of the house has been sealed with a horizontal barrier.

The main house is dominated by a large living room measuring 79m². In addition to this hall there are:

- an entrance room (vestibule)
- two bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a whirlpool; both with bidet
- Kitchen and a storage room that adjoins the kitchen
- 5 additional living rooms

Overall, the floor space (excluding the basement) is 236 m². The basement is located under the south side of the house and is accessible from the outside. The cellar has a barrel vault and is 10 m² in size.

With the exception of a birch on the south side, there are no trees growing in the immediate vicinity of the house.

Hall 1: This hall consists of a 390 m² & quot; room & quot ;; this is almost completely filled with wood that is mostly stored there for 5 years and is sold together with the building; So whoever buys the house will probably not need to buy firewood for their entire life. The photo was taken when
the hall wasn't so full of wood. The hall has a foundation.
Hall 2: There is no floor plan here yet; it is significantly longer than Hall 1, but only half as wide. The hall has a foundation.
Hall 3: This is more of a house; it has an area of 121.41 m² and has a solid foundation. There is also an upper floor, but this is not included in the number of square meters. A / e closes at the end of the house
Stable / hall that is in a demolished condition and is therefore not described in more detail here.
Hall 4: There is no floor plan here yet; there is no foundation here.
Hall 5: This hall is in poor condition; the individual rooms have a total area of 216.13 m². The hall has a foundation.
Hall 6: This hall has no foundation. It's a single room. Its size is comparable to Hall 4.
Parts of the halls are rented out, but can then be handed over freely within 3 months.

The entire complex is of great historical value: at the beginning of the 19th century it belonged to Count Jankovic and was used by Croatian separatists as a training camp for acts of terrorism in the 1930s. The assassination attempt on Alexander I of Yugoslavia on October 9th, 1934 was prepared here. The following section is taken from Wikipedia and relates directly to that
described residential building or the existing complex for sale: “This was acquired by the Croatian exile movement, the Ustaša, around 1931. On the Janka Puszta estate, selected Croatian nationalists were born
Use of handguns trained. ”The tolerance of the camp by the Hungarian authorities led to diplomatic tensions between Hungary and what was then Yugoslavia and was discussed before the League of Nations, the forerunner of the UN Council.

It is an outdoor area, i.e. a purchase for Europeans is possible, but with the right of first refusal for Hungarians and examination by the Chamber of Agriculture (details on request or here in our lexicon)
Furnishings:
Fresh water
Sewage via septic tank
Heavy current
Gas could be realized via tank
Location:
An asphalt road leads to the house. This separates the outbuildings from the manor house. The hamlet also includes nine neighboring houses, all of which are inhabited. Most of the neighbors work in agriculture, and they all have a regular job. The neighboring houses are near the street; between the manor house and the street, however, there are 20 meters, which belong to the property's own property.

You can watch the sunset from the terrace at the back of the house. The landscape here is slightly sloping; only after 1 to 2 kilometers does a forest rise. Nothing detracts from the unobstructed view.
