False ceilings made of plasterboard were installed in all rooms. Air-permeable plaster, grout and paint were used during the renovation. The attic was insulated with 10 cm of glass wool. A 15 cm thick Nikecell insulation was installed on the facade.
Brand new bespoke gas central heating with new radiators. A new massive gate was custom made. New canopy, new sidewalk. The earthworks in the yard have also been completed.
No further work was carried out as the future owner can finish it according to his own ideas. And so you can customize it to suit your needs. The house has a 15m² garage.
