From January 2024, a 62 m², bright 2+1 room condominium in a quiet, peaceful area will be available for long-term rental in Hévíz. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a south-west balcony of 4 sqm. The apartment is furnished and mechanized (washing machine, microwave, refrigerator), there is also a separate lockable 4 sqm storage room in the basement, with free parking spaces in the yard behind the house.

Low additional costs, quiet house, excellent accessibility: It is a 5-7 minute walk from the center of Hévíz and the spa town.

The rental agreement is concluded for at least 12 months, but longer terms are also welcome!

In addition to the monthly Basic rent for 2 people is approx. 40,000 HUF (depending on the exchange rate 100-120 €) per month. This includes all additional costs such as electricity, water, gas, garbage collection and caretaker service. The consumption costs are billed via meters once a year.

Two months' rent (cold) is due as a one-off deposit, which you will receive back when you move out provided no damage is left behind, as well as a one-off broker's fee of €470 including Hungarian VAT.
