A storage room can be purchased for each apartment for 400,000 FT/NM.
The residential complex is built to a high standard. Heating is provided by underfloor heating with a gas condensing boiler. Each apartment is equipped with a 3.5 kW air conditioning system. The 15 cm thick graphite exterior insulation and solar panels ensure optimal hot water supply. Each unit has its own meter.
