Which option suits you?
Option 1
Ideal if you are there yourself, or have someone you trust who can hold viewings, but want to use our reach and our help in getting the sale done.
Option 2
Ideal if you would rather deal with as little as possible, or are not permanently in Hungary. The sale is organised almost entirely for you.
Option 3
Ideal if you want to run the sale entirely yourself and are simply buying reach. After six months we get in touch and ask whether you would like the listing extended.

If you do not live in Hungary yourself, or would rather not deal with viewings, buyers, negotiations and the mechanics of the sale, our full service is the right answer.
A local estate agent takes over on the ground and accompanies the sale from the professional presentation of your property through to handing it over to the buyer.
