The building and apartments are barrier-free and easily accessible by wheelchair. The energy consumption of the furnished apartments is measured separately for each unit, has independent main meters, and is extremely economical.
Parking is free of charge in the above-ground parking spaces. The apartments are fully furnished, have mechanized kitchens and furniture, and are ready to move into immediately.
The security of the apartment building is ensured by an alarm and camera system. The gates have a wireless, motorized, or even remote-controlled opening system. A deposit of 2 months' rent + 1 month's rent is required to sign the contract. For further information please call us!
