A renovated holiday home is for SALE.
It is a so-called vineyard house, which has a double cellar in the lower area, where on the one hand wine was stored and in the front part the wine was produced. Above is the living area. There is a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room with a balcony. The balcony offers a panoramic view of the spa town of Héviz and the wine region. The current living space of approx. 30 m2 was renovated in 2019/2020 as follows:

The basement can still be converted into living space. The electrics for this are prepared. The big advantage is that the house is ready to move into immediately. No fights for craftsmen, no waiting for construction progress. We have that behind us and see that as almost the greatest advantage.

But there are also other thermal and adventure pools in the immediate vicinity as well as some sights, such as the medieval castle of Sümeg.
Both cities are about 10 minutes away by car.
The house is quiet and tranquil in the Rezi vineyard. There the air is noticeably different and you can enjoy real peace. Nevertheless, you can quickly get back to people if you wish.
