The house was built in 2000. It was renovated and modernized in 2012 (exterior insulation, painting, and cosmetic repairs). The most recent renovation took place in 2021 and included cosmetic repairs (painting the walls, replacing the carpets, and some furniture in the apartments). In May 2023, an 8 kW solar power system was installed on the roof.

The house has five guest apartments and ancillary rooms: three large two-room apartments (consisting of a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, and a balcony; suitable for two to four people) and two studios (each for two people). A standard apartment with two beds per room can accommodate ten guests. At full occupancy, up to 16 people can be accommodated in the large rooms on sofa beds. The apartments are fully equipped and offer everything for a comfortable stay - air conditioning, electric shutters, kitchen utensils and appliances, etc.

The house extends over three floors.

On the ground floor, there is the main entrance, a kitchen-living room, a guest room, a storage room, the garage exit, a guest WC with shower, and a separate WC.

On the first floor, there is the main entrance (for guests), a hallway, and two large two-room apartments.

On the second floor, there is another large two-room apartment and two studios.

The house thus has eleven rooms and a hallway.

The floors are tiled, laminated, and partially carpeted. Each apartment is air-conditioned.

In the courtyard, there is a 50 m² garage for two cars, as well as three additional parking spaces.

The building is connected to all utilities (gas, water, electricity, satellite TV, and cable internet). Heating and hot water are provided by a Saunier Duval gas boiler. An 8 kW photovoltaic system was installed in May 2023.

All furniture and appliances remain in the building, with the exception of a few personal belongings.

The building is completely move-in ready; the apartments can be rented out without any additional investment.
