Because the reception is organized - guests can come and go as they please.

Cleaning is also taken care of - you just need to inform us of the arrival and departure times.

And maintenance is straightforward - our team is right there in the building for you in case of urgent problems!

How many nights can you rent out per year?

A realistic estimate is an average of 150-170 nights. However, there are also landlords who rent out significantly more, even twice as many! Yes! But it's best to plan for 150-170 nights to be on the safe side in the first year!
