The kitchen was completely gutted and fitted with new flooring, new plumbing, and new cabinetry. It is practically unused.

The kitchen, like the rest of the house, has a gas boiler, but also a beautiful old tiled stove.

This tiled stove can, in principle, heat the entire house, as our craftsmen have thoroughly tested. It can also be used for cooking and baking.

The oven is also brand new and unused, as is the dishwasher (the blue is still the transport protection).

The bathroom has been completely gutted and remodeled from the ground up. New plumbing, new flooring, new gas boiler, new water heater – everything is new.

In addition to the bathtub, an extra shower or additional bathroom furniture could be installed.

The house is heated with natural gas. Each room has its own individually controlled gas boiler. The house can also be heated by the large tiled stove in the kitchen. There are additional chimney connections in the bedroom and living room, so a wood-burning stove with a viewing window or a beautiful fireplace could be installed there.
