The house is built of brick and clay, is approximately 63 square meters, and has been renovated. New windows and doors have been installed, the plumbing and electrical systems have been renewed, and a new kitchen and bathroom have been fitted. Everything is ready for immediate occupancy. Roof renovation is included in the price. The materials were already on site when the photos were taken.

You enter the house through the hallway, which leads to the living room, bedroom, and kitchen. The bathroom and pantry are accessible from the kitchen.

The property is 2,597 square meters and approximately one-third is fenced, with some fruit trees and a well. The other two-thirds are cultivated by a local farmer.
