The house extends over three floors.
On the ground floor, there is the main entrance, a kitchen-living room, a guest room, a storage room, the garage exit, a guest WC with shower, and a separate WC.
On the first floor, there is the main entrance (for guests), a hallway, and two large two-room apartments.
On the second floor, there is another large two-room apartment and two studios.
The house thus has eleven rooms and a hallway.
The floors are tiled, laminated, and partially carpeted. Each apartment is air-conditioned.
In the courtyard, there is a 50 m² garage for two cars, as well as three additional parking spaces.
The building is connected to all utilities (gas, water, electricity, satellite TV, and cable internet). Heating and hot water are provided by a Saunier Duval gas boiler. An 8 kW photovoltaic system was installed in May 2023.
