The maximum building area is 3% of the plot, with the above-ground building area not exceeding 120 m². A basement may also be built, but the total underground structure may not exceed 5% of the plot area or a maximum of 200 m². The building height may not exceed 4 meters. Construction is only permitted on plots with a minimum area of 2,700 m² and a minimum width of 16 meters within the building zone. The building must be erected at least 6 meters from the street-side property line. Caravans and mobile homes are not permitted in this zone.
