You need a room rental permit, which you will receive after fulfilling a few conditions. With this permit, you can rent out your apartment ANYWHERE! Why?

Because the reception is organized – guests can come and go as they please.

Cleaning is also taken care of – you just need to inform us of the arrival and departure times.

And maintenance is straightforward – our team is right there in the building for you in case of urgent problems!

How many nights can you rent out per year?

A realistic estimate is an average of 150–170 nights. However, there are also landlords who rent out significantly more, even twice as many! Yes! But it's best to plan for 150–170 nights to be on the safe side in the first year!
