The current house, which Old House and an Additional Building with a Basement…

The old house was on the verge of collapse and was renovated this year. This involved demolishing everything except the 40 cm thick clay walls, installing a new roof with double insulation, new screed, lime plaster, new windows, and a new front door.

It consists of one large room, approximately 50 m². Electricity is connected, and everything else can be added as desired (it was planned as a self-sufficient house with a composting toilet and no running water, similar to a tiny house).

The additional outbuilding (with a basement) is partially in need of renovation but is perfectly usable as is. The weather-exposed side was also replastered during the renovation of the old house.




















... In the "garage courtyard" there are two garages (one "normal" size, currently used for storage, and a large one with a pit, where agricultural equipment, etc., is stored).

Adjoining these in 2024/25 was another, larger building with approximately 30 m² of floor space and a mezzanine for storing various items. Completed this year, it is fully insulated (walls and roof). It was planned and is currently used as a great workshop, but could also be converted into an additional residence.

There are also two metal garden sheds in the garage courtyard.

Several walnut trees line the driveway and in front of the entrance to the courtyard and garage courtyard.

Included in the sale are various machines, including an AS lawnmower, a Hecht rotary tiller, a small electric log splitter, a large compressor (up to 10 bar), and much more.

Firewood from the demolition of the old barns (still needs to be cut into smaller pieces), purchased firewood, and a large quantity from the owner's own stock are available.
